Acquiring home-based business leads will make or break your business. If you have been in an MLM/network marketing business for any length of time you will have discovered that making a list of family and friends will only take you so far. At some point, this pool of people will dry up.
The more passionate you are about your business the faster this will happen. Ironic as that may seem, the more you sing the praises of your business the faster people will run.
You can attend all the conferences, buy all the books and tools and do absolutely everything you’re up line tells you to do but the time will come when an MLM network marketing lead will become as rare as hen’s teeth
You’re up line may tell you that you simply need to get a list from people that you show your business opportunity. Lead generation should be easy if this worked. How successful have you been getting a list from people? Now be honest. I found it easier to talk to strangers than to get a list of names from people that I knew.

I would come home from many a conference all fired up. I’d repeat the mantra: Just Do It! over and over. But do what? Make yet another list of family, friends, and acquaintances?
